Cardi B has the name “Tommy G” tattooed on her left wrist in red ink for her on-and-off again boyfriend/fiancee who is in prison. She has explained that not being able to see him everyday makes their relationship deeper than just sex. In an instagram post dedicated to Tommy, she wrote:
God knows I’m very skeptical about you but man I can’t help to be in love with you. Everybody always ask me why are you with a guy whose in jail ? I don’t know man, maybe cause you the only man that can put a smile on my face with just hearing your voice. Even when we break up I just feel so empty when I don’t talk to you. I love you. I love how you try to keep me happy even while you locked up.

Ash Costello has a tattoo on her right forearm of the tally mark logo from her band New Years Days’ October 2015 album Malevolence. All of the band members and crew have their own versions of this tattoo on different body parts. The album artwork was designed by graphic artist Eve Saint Raven.
Maisie Williams and her Game of Thrones co-star Sophie Turner got matching tattoos from artist Kat Paine at Belfast City Skinworks in September 2016. It says “07.08.09” for August 7, 2009 — the date that she found out she was cast in Game of Thrones which was her first ever professional acting job. Maisie plays Arya Stark and Sophie plays her on-screen sister Sansa Stark. Both girls got the same tattoo just below their elbow, but Maisie’s is on her left arm while Sophie’s is on her right.
On August 8, 2016, Maggie Lindemann showed of a new tattoo on the inside of her left elbow which says “not afraid” in red ink. She appears to have scars from self-harming on this arm just below the tattoo. She has opened up in the past about her struggles with depression and suicidal thoughts. “Suicide isn’t a fucking joke,” she wrote in a tweet back in July 2015. In another tweet, which has since been deleted but is archived in this article, she wrote “suicide is something I’ve struggled with since I was little. It’s been a thought all my life. [People] don’t understand how big of a deal it is.”
In separate set of tweets from March 2016, she wrote “depression is a very real thing. it’s not just being “sad” it’s way deeper than that. it’s a crunching, suffocating disease and it’s not something that shouldn’t be taken lightly. suicidal thoughts aren’t ok, if you have thoughts of killing yourself PLEASE tell someone you trust and if you don’t think you can, tell me and I’ll do everything I can to be there for you and get you help. I hate seeing so many people hurting so bad. I have been there before and I can tell you it gets better. It may take awhile but I promise you it does.”
Maggie Lindemann intends to cover-up this tattoo on her wrist — but not in the way that you think. She got an outline of a broken heart in red heart to represent the fact that she is incomplete because she hasn’t found her special someone. And when she does, she’ll change the tattoo into a solid red heart. “My tattoo is not for any ex or anyone in general. It means I’m not whole until I find the person I’m gonna marry,” she tweeted. “And whenever I find him then I’ll fill the heart and be whole again.”
This was her very first tattoo, which she got on May 5th 2016 from artist Romeo Lacoste, beginning a streak of over 10 tattoos in less than a year.
