Noah Cyrus got this tiny smiley face with x’s for eyes tattooed on the back of the wrist from artist Jon Boy in June 2018. She took the gun herself and tattooed the same design on the artist.

Noah Cyrus tattooed ’07 on the back of her wrist for her friend Frankie Coletta, who she has been friends with since 2007. Noah was born in 2000 so she was only 7 years old when they first met! They had been friends for more than an decade when they got these matching tattoos in May 2018.

Noah Cyrus has three celestial symbols on her knuckles: a twinkling star on her index finger, a crescent moon on her middle finger, and a sun on her ring finger. She loves outer space although she’s not sure why it appeals to her so much. She told AMBY:

She got these first three in November 2017 and then added a heart on her pinkie in March 2018.
The heart is a Cyrus family tradition, which started when they were little kids. Miley drew a heart on her dad Billy Ray’s hand and he liked it so much that he tattooed it to show his love for her. When Miley was old enough, she got her own heart tattoo on her pinkie which was inspired by his. Their mom Leticia has heart tattoos on her hand and on her pinkie finger. Sister Brandi and brother Trace have heart tattoos as well.
While getting her heart tattoo, she also touched up the faded horseshoe on her pinkie which is a tribute to her mom.

Noah Cyrus has become close pals with Australian tattoo artist Lauren Winzer, who had given her at least four tattoos prior to this one. The went exploring a graveyard together and got matching “BFF” (best friends forever) tattoos to commemorate it. Lauren explains that the design of a tombstone with a dollar sign on was “based off one we saw in a graveyard together.” Lauren couldn’t reach the back of her own arm and had her tattoo done by Heath Nock, an artist who works alongside her at Hunter and Fox Tattoo in Sydney.

Noah Cyrus got matching rose tattoos with boyfriend Tanner Drayton in August 2017. She shared a picture of the flowers on both of their forearms and captioned it “love you T.”

The palm tree has worn down considerably since she got it done in August 2017 and it’s hard to see in most pictures.

Noah Cyrus paid tribute to her older brother Braison by getting this tattoo of the triforce symbol from The Legend of Zelda video game series with his initial “B” in the center. Braison has his own triforce tattoo with an “N” for Noah on his chest. He got his tattoo back in April 2014 when Noah was only 14 years old. She waited until she was 17 to return the favor!

Noah Cyrus has a tiny teardrop tattoo on her left index finger which matches her sister Miley Cyrus. It is meant to be filled in with blue ink, but the blue keeps wearing off due to friction. She has already had it retouched once but the color doesn’t seem to stay. In most pictures only the black outline is visible.
The tattoo also has a special significance to Noah because it reminds her of her debut single “Make Me (Cry)” which kickstarted her music career.
