Miley Cyrus has a tattoo on the back side of her forearm that says “LEETLE” — a slangy misspelling of “Little.” We’re not certain who or what this tattoo refers to, as Miley has called two different dogs her “leetle gal” in social media posts. We do know that Miley’s friend Katy Weaver has a matching tattoo in the same spot.

Miley Cyrus and her best friend Wayne Coyne got matching tattoos in September 2015 which say “OKIE” — a derogatory slang term for a person from Oklahoma. Miley is from Tennessee but has spent a lot of time in Oklahoma recently alongside Wayne, who is an Oklahoma native. Actress Elsa Pataky got hers on the side of her middle finger. Her husband Chris Hemsworth and Miley’s fiance Liam Hemsworth are brothers.
