This design of two triangles which is tattooed on Florence Welch’s left middle finger knuckle is also the logo for her album How Big How Blue How Beautiful and has appeared on the album art for a few different singles and remixes. The triangles symbolize two of the four basic elements in alchemy. The upright triangle with a line through it represents air, while the upside-down triangle represents water. (more…)
Anissa Rodriguez has the triforce symbol from the video game series The Legend of Zelda on her right shoulder blade. All of the members of Eyes Set To Kill have this symbol somewhere on their bodies. Sister Alexia Rodriguez has it on her foot.

She wrote in an instagram comment “the triangle w the circle means ‘learn’.” This is not a common symbol, but rather it comes from a set of glyphs created by designer/illustrator duo Nathan Strandberd and Katie Kirk of the firm Eight Hour Day.
