One of Miley Cyrus’s most mysterious tattoos is the tiny word “MOO” on her left forearm, which she got some time in 2015. Miley has never spoken about this tattoo, so we don’t know what it means. The most likely guess is that is has something to do with her love of animals and her meat-free and dairy-free vegan diet.
In July 2015, Miley Cyrus got friendship tattoos with Katy Weaver. The pair had a few matching tattoos already, so this time they got their nicknames for each other. Miley got a tattoo on the back of her left upper arm which says “KATZ” as a play on Katy’s name. Katy’s tattoo is on her right forearm and has her pet name for Miley: “MEOWTZ.” Miley placed her tattoo close to her “BIEWTY” tattoo which is another nickname for another friend, Cheyne Thomas. Both tattoos have the same style of simple capital letters.
At some point Miley decided “KATZ” just wasn’t cutesy enough for her and added a “Y” to the end so that now it says “KATZY.”
Miley Cyrus got matching “BIEWTY” tattoos in April 2015 with her assistant and long-time friend Cheyne Thomas. Hers is on the back of her left upper arm while his is on the back of his wrist. “Biew Biew” is Miley’s nick name for Cheyne.
Miley Cyrus has a tattoo on the back side of her forearm that says “LEETLE” — a slangy misspelling of “Little.” We’re not certain who or what this tattoo refers to, as Miley has called two different dogs her “leetle gal” in social media posts. We do know that Miley’s friend Katy Weaver has a matching tattoo in the same spot.
Miley Cyrus and her best friend Wayne Coyne got matching tattoos in September 2015 which say “OKIE” — a derogatory slang term for a person from Oklahoma. Miley is from Tennessee but has spent a lot of time in Oklahoma recently alongside Wayne, who is an Oklahoma native. She got the tattoo while working on her new album at Wayne’s recording studio in Oklahoma City.
The pair stopped by No Regrets Tattoo in Oklahoma City on September 10, 2015. Wayne and Miley both got the tattoo in the same spot on the back of their upper right arms, just above the elbow. Their tattoos are an interesting color which seems to be a mix of red and purple ink. (more…)

In April 2016, Paris Jackson got the word “MÖTLEY” tattooed on the inside of her lip for the classic metal band Mötley Crüe. “Most lip tattoos are temporary and y’all have been my favorite since I was 12, so I figured why not,” she tweeted to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee. She later got a more permanent tribute to the band with their Dr Feelgood album logo on her bicep.
