Halsey got a matching dice tattoo with Paul Klein from the band LANY on November 5, 2016. Halsey had joined LANY onstage for a surprise guest performance at their show in Minneapolis and decided to get matching tattoos that night. “Who in Minneapolis wants to come tattoo me in my hotel room rn,” she tweeted, “Or wants to keep their shop open for me?”

She wound up at Leviticus Tattoo where artist Brent Bartel gave her a pair of dice on her left forearm. Paul got the same design just below his elbow.

Halsey has a tattoo on the left side of her butt which reads “HOPELESS.” She got this tattoo at the same time as the kissing lovers on her leg in August 2016. “Got zapped twice last night by my main @curtmontgomerytattoos. Here’s one of them. The other one is a secret (for now),” she wrote on instagram. The “Hopeless” tattoo was shown off in her Twitter icon a few weeks later. Both of the new tattoos represent her sophomore album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom.
