In October 2014, Alexia Rodriguez got a tattoo on her forearm of one of her own drawings. It is a portrait of a woman’s face with skeletal features and stitches around the mouth. Artist Joshua at Crimson Veil Tattoo in El Paso, TX transformed Alexia’s artwork into the permanent inking.
Alexia Rodriguez got this purple and black skull portrait tattoo from artist Kirk George in May 2014. The design — a skeleton face wearing a bishop’s hat — is Papa Emeritus, the vocalist for the Swedish heavy metal band GHOST. The Papa Emeritus character is a Satanic pope.
Alexia Rodriguez has a colorful tattoo on her left upper arm of a purple skull with a daisy on the cranium next to a red rose. It was done at Hart and Huntington in October 2011.
In June 2010, Alexia Rodriguez got this Bride Of Frankenstein tattoo with a purple face and blue and yellow hair on the inside of her arm. It is a companion to her existing Frankenstein tattoo. Guitarist and lead Vocalist Alexia Rodriguez had a Frankenstein piece that was a little lonely on her upper shoulder so we had to sit her down with artist Jime Litwalk and give big Frank a little punk rock bride. Leave it up to Jime to take and transform a simple idea into an original piece of your own by adding his own twist and sick style. Alexia sat for 3 hours in the back VIP room and knocked out the whole tat from outline to final wipe in a nonchalant fashion. Well, maybe there was a little help from the Hard Rock Bar in there somewhere…
Alexia Rodriguez has a tattoo of Frankenstein on her left shoulder. At first was just a black outline, but she later got it colored with red ink.
All of the members of Eyes Set To Kill have tattoos of the triforce symbol from the video game series The Legend of Zelda. Each band member got the tattoo on different body parts: Alexia’s is on the top of her left foot and her sister Anissa’s in on her back.

As of 3/25/2024 a source close to Alexia Rodriguez has confirmed that she has no names of anyone tattooed on her. TMZ has reported that she may have plans to get her current boyfriends name, or at least a symbolic representation of the state in which he resides (California).
