Nazanin Mandi gets a Queen of Diamonds ink on her forearm to match her boyfriend Miguel’s King of Diamonds emblem. A photo of the two inks was shared by celebrities tattooist Dr Woo on his Instagram account with the caption: “The view when @miguelunlimited and @nazaninmandi hold hands” on November 5, 2014.
Ruby Rose has three playing cards tattooed on the left side of her chest. The top card is the 3 of hearts with two other number 3 cards below it.
She used to have another tattoo directly below the cards which has been erased thanks to laser tattoo removal. The removed tattoo looks like the initials “CM” — probably for her former fiancee Catherine McNeil.
Ivy Levan has a tattoo on her left arm of a “Queen of Swords” tarot card. In tarot readings, the Queen of Swords represents the ability to make intellectual judgements without being clouded by emotion. She is straightforward and direct in her dealings with others.

Jodie Marsh added many little tattoos in the space around her “Only God Can Judge Me” forearm tattoo. A strawberry and a carrot symbolize her commitment to healthy eating. She also has a dollar sign and the clubs symbol from a deck of cards.
Jamie King has a pair of playing card symbols tattooed on her wrists. On her left arm is this red diamond and on her right arm is a black spade.

Melissa added the first large piece to sleeve in August 2013, though she didn’t have it colored until much later. It’s a queen of hearts playing card with a rose at the bottom, outlined by Jesse Mora. She writes: “started outlining my sleeve. my take on “all hail the heartbreaker.” so many meanings behind this tattoo, you have no idea. I love it. thanks @tat2jesse.”
Artist Mikey Tedesco took over the coloring of the tattoo, beginning with the rose at the bottom in January 2014. He redid the black outline making it thicker and colored in the rose with red ink, using blue and yellow on the underside of the petals for contrast. He writes “Did not start this piece but redoing it all started with the rose :)” He completed the coloring of the queen of hearts at a separate session in February 2014.

Karis Anderson has a queen of heart playing card tattooed on the back of her left arm which is a matching tattoo with her friend @ROtripleX. The faces on the card have wayfarer sunglasses and red hair.
Cher Lloyd and her husband Craig Monk got matching tattoos in May 2012, at the same that Cher got his name tatted on her wrist. The couple both have the suits of a deck of cards — hearts, spades, diamonds, and clubs — on the backs of their right wrists. Craig also has a tattoo of Cher’s name on his forearm.
Cher told us that she didn’t want to get tattoos on the outsides of her arms because she thought that it was more feminine to do just the inside, but I guess she made an exception for the wrist!
