Lindsay Lohan has a red star tattooed on her right hand to match the stars on her then-girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s arm. “Samantha has a bunch of stars, so I got that,” she told Marie Claire. Lindsay got the tattoo in June 2008, at the same time that she and Samantha got matching heart tattoos.
The tiny heart on Lindsay Lohan’s left hand is a matching tattoo with ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson. They got the tattoos together in June 2008, but E! reports that Lindsay had the tattoo done in white ink two years earlier. Lindsay got hers done over in black while Samantha got one to match. In 2011, Samantha covered her heart with a new tattoo, but Lindsay’s is still intact.

Grimes and her brothers all have matching tattoos of the triforce symbol from The Legend of Zelda, her favorite video game. Grimes’ tattoo is on her left arm just below the elbow. She explains to Bullett, “The Legend of Zelda was the first video game me and my brothers ever got, and so we all got matching Triforce tattoos.”

The couple both have the suits of a deck of cards — hearts, spades, diamonds, and clubs — on the backs of their right wrists. Craig also has a tattoo of Cher’s name on his forearm.
Cher told us that she didn’t want to get tattoos on the outsides of her arms because she thought that it was more feminine to do just the inside, but I guess she made an exception for the wrist!

On the side of her left wrist, Avril Lavigne got her ex-husband Deryck Whibley’s first initial “D” in a pink heart, while Deryck got an “A” in heart in the same location for Avril. Though Avril and Deryck are now divorced, they remain good friends and Avril has not covered the tattoo.
Avril Lavigne’s first tattoo was a star on the inside of her left wrist in the style of her Let Go album artwork. She got the tattoo in 2004 while working on her follow-up album. Evanescence guitarist Ben Moody, with whom she co-wrote the song “Nobody’s Home,” also got the same star on his wrist.
