The couple had already filed for divorce but remained close friends. Keke Palmer and her friend Taylor Parks got these anchor tattoos in March 2012. She wrote on instagram “Matching tattoo with my bestie! @officialtaylorp! I love you forever girl, always keeping me grounded.. Always holding me down :)”
Katie Waissel regrets this heart tattoo on her finger, which was a matching tattoo with her ex-husband male model Brad Alphonso. She has said that she “can’t wait to get rid of [it]” and is looking into laser tattoo removal. “Anyone know any good tattoo removal places? I have one that’s GOT to GO!!” she says.
Christina Grimme has a pixelated “2P” tattoo just below her left elbow. It is the logo for two-player mode in the old Mario video games. Her brother Mark has a matching “1P” tattoo.
Katy Perry has a tattoo of a cherry blossom on the outside of her right ankle, which she got in November 2013. Cherry blossoms are a popular subject in traditional Japanese tattoo art and are frequently used to represent the transience of life.

Sherri DuPree-Bemis got the Deathly Hallows logo from Harry Potter tattooed on the back of her upper arm in May 2012. The tattoo was done by her friend Tiffany Petty, who has the same design on her knee.
Ash Costello and Nikki Misery have matching broken heart tattoos on their hands with the words “I wished for you.” The heart is yellow with red blood drips on her thumb and it has an ornate design including filigree swirls and a stained glass pattern.
They got the tattoos back in 2011 when they were dating. Nikki was then in a different band, Stitched Up Heart, and Ash was about to leave for Warped Tour with New Years Day. Nikki later joined New Years Day and the two are very close friends even though they are no longer a couple. They’ve even gotten more matching tattoos.
“My boyfriend has the other one. We realized I’m going to be away on tour for 5 more months. So we wanted to have something where it’s like a little piece of each other. So when we hold hands they connect.”
Kacey Musgraves has a colorful anchor tattoo on the left side of her ribcage. The American traditional style tattoo features a blue anchor in front of yellow roses.
She and her younger sister Kelly got tattoos together in September 2011. Kacey’s anchor says “Older” in a banner at the bottom because she’s the older sister while Kelly’s says “Younger.” The yellow roses also seem to be a tribute to her sister, as Kelly’s wedding shows that she loves yellow flowers.
Neon Jungle’s Amira McCarthy and a friend got matching anchor tattoos on their wrists in September 2013. Brenda Song has two tattoos on her left hand: an anchor on her pinkie knuckle and the word “love” on the side of her ring finger. The anchor is a matching tattoo with her ex-fiancé Trace Cyrus, who has got his anchor on his face.
