Rather than having the design in red, as it appears on the album, they opted for black ink with a red outline so that it stands out more. The album artwork was designed by graphic artist Eve Saint Raven.

Lynn Gunn and Sierra Kusterbeck got matching snake tattoos in November 2016. The snake in a circle eating its own tail is an ancient symbol known as the “ouroboros” and it represents the infinite cycles of nature. Artist Baud Nach added leaves and flowers around the sides of the snake to make it look like a laurel wreath. Lynn got the design tattooed on the front of her left upper arm, while Sierra’s is on the back of her right upper arm.

The design that they all got is a smiley face with two letter “H”s for eyes. It is the logo for the Happy Hippie Foundation, a non-profit which Miley Cyrus founded to help combat homelessness among LQBTQ youth.
