Kelly Osbourne has a pair of blue skull and crossbone tattoos on the top of her feet. They are a male and female — the left skull has a yellow lighting bolt on the forehead while the right has a red bow. Her mother Sharon Osbourne was reportedly angry when Kelly got the ink in 2003, especially because it lacked any meaning: “I was just like, ‘No, no more tattoos. And skull and crossbones – like, what does it mean… you’re a pirate? What is this indicating? What message does this send out?’ She says, ‘Nothing.'” Now Kelly agrees with her mom. In 2010 she told Anderson Cooper “They’re stupid, I know,” and said that she regrets most of her tattoos.
Kelly Osbourne has a pair of wings tattooed on her shoulder blades in reddish ink. Later she added writing between the wings which says “Je Vous Aime la Maman,” French for “I Love You Mom.”

The red heart on Kelly Osbourne’s left pinkie finger is a matching tattoo with her ex-boyfriend Bert McCracken. The pair met in 2002 when Bert’s band The Used played on the Ozzfest Tour. Bert broke up with Kelly on Valentine’s Day in 2003, but expressed regret afterwards. “I’m such a dickhead. She’s the most important girlfriend I’ve ever had. We’re best friends,” he said. “I’m just not ready for a relationship, period, let alone a huge, public relationship. I just hope that someday I can maybe be with someone as good and perfect as she is.”
Kelly Osbourne has a teardrop tattoo on the side of her right index finger. The finger teardrop is fairly common funny tattoo. It it placed so that she can hold her finger up to her face and show the pretend tear.
Colleen D’Agostino and her bandmates in The Material all got matching tattoos that say “To Life.” Colleen’s is on her ribcage on her right side. “Spontaneous tattoo with my band. Our mantra – To Life,” she wrote.
Alice Dellal has a tattoo of a bird’s skull on her left forearm. It’s done in the style of a pen and ink drawing, where short lines are used in lieu of shading.
