Maggie Lindemann got a tattoo of a bat on the inside of her left ankle in May 2017. The silhouette design looks a lot like the Batman logo, but it’s not an exact match. The tattoo represents her superstitious belief that bats are a positive omen for her. She told Pop Flash:
Every time something really cool happens there’s like a bat, which is really weird.

Ash Costello and her boyfriend Jimmy Trigger got matching bat wing tattoos on their hands in September 2016 from artist Danny Anchor. It is the first tattoo on her left side.
Ash has described Jimmy and herself as “two bats in a cave.” She posted a picture of their two tattoos together captioned with the Lana Del Rey lyrics “No one even knows what life was like, now it’s paradise, no one even knows how hard life was, I don’t even think about now because, I finally found you.” It seems that they had only been dating for a month or two when they got the tattoos.
