Ash Costello took hold of a tattoo gun and gave herself this “Blow Me Up” tattoo on her arm in February 2014.  The phrase comes from the DC Comics villain Harley Quinn, who says “I’m having a bad day. I’m sick of people trying to shoot me, run me over, and blow me up!” For Ash, the phase represents perseverance:

I’ve always felt like a Harley Quinn just looking for her Joker, that mad love, 2 villains, it means and no matter how much you try and blow me up, I’ll always keep coming back. So go ahead and blow me up then, but I’m still here, causing trouble, just waiting to cause some trouble with him instead.
