Outline Tattoos

Daisy Lowe

Two other celebs inspired Daisy Lowe to get this lightning both tattoo on the palm of her right hand. She sought out artist Sean From Texas after seeing his work – lots and lots of it – on Brooke Candy. She shared the new tattoo in a July 12, 2015 instagram photo in which she tagged her good friend Florence Welch of Florence + The Machine and wrote “All for you.” One month earlier Florence tagged Daisy in a picture of a new tattoo of her own, perhaps putting her up to the challenge?

Daisy captioned her new tattoo:

All for you @ouhoh… By the super dude @seanfromtexas at@tattoomania25 thanks to@brookecandy⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ sorry grandma….

(@ouhoh is Florence’s old username)

Emily Ratajkowski

Emily Ratajkowski’s first – and so far only – tattoo is on the back of her left ankle. “It’s a window, got it when I was 18. I always forget its there!” she tweeted.  It also symbolizes a feeling of home. Emily studied art at UCLA before dropping out to pursue her modeling career and the window shape is inspired by her own artistic collages.

Bruna Marquezine

Bruna Marquezine’s first tattoo was a heart on her left ring finger knuckle, where a wedding ring would be worn.

Some fans have speculated that it matches her ex-boyfriend and soccer star Neymar’s ring finger tattoo of a crown, which represents how his future wife will be his queen, but Bruna has said that her tattoo is about love in general and not for any specific person.

In an interview with R7, she explained (translated):

I am very moved by love, always was, and it always has been one of the most important things for me. It’s one of the lessons of my family. My mother always spoke highly of love and God to me. So I made a cross and a heart for it.

She has also tweeted about it’s meaning (translated):

The heart is because I’m in love with hearts! Every paper I take I draw a heart! I really love it. And I chose the finger where I will put my wedding ring! Then one day it will be my heart for love of my life. They say this is the only finger that is directly on the heart, so we use the ring on it! Beautiful is not it?! Love this tattoo.

Kirstin Maldonado

Kirstin Maldonado went for tattoo number four on May 3, 2016 after playing a show in San Diego, CA.  She got a crescent moon on her right wrist, which is a matching tattoo with a friend.  Artist Hunter Urscum writes: “Tattooed multi Grammy award winning platinum artist Kirstin Maldonado of Pentatonix after her show last night. Her and her Homegirl got some cute little crescent moons. Cool chicks, yalls gotta check out her music.”

If her instagram caption “Khaleesi ?” is any indication, it seems that they decided on moons as a reference to the Game of Thrones book series and TV show.  The character Khal Drogo calls his wife Daenerys Targaryen (Khaleesi) “moon of my life” and she calls him “my sun and stars.”  We haven’t seen Kirstin’s friend’s tattoo, but it’s probably a sun and stars.
