Upper Back Tattoos

Just below the nape of her neck, Angelina Jolie has the words “Know Your Rights” inscribed on her upper back.

Avril Lavigne has a tiny star tattoo the right side of her upper back.  It was initially done in blue ink.  Like the star on her arm, she had it recolored with black ink to make it more opaque and permanent.
