Melissa Marie Green had a tattoo of the word “Always” done on the palm of her right hand in August 2013 by artist Jesse Mora. She explains: “my new #handtattoo that you all spotted. #favoriteword. the meaning – fuck “promise” because everyone breaks promises. “always” is the real forever.”

Sammi Doll and her husband Jinxx (Jeremy Ferguson) from Black Veil Brides have matching tattoos on their ring fingers which say “til my dying day” to symbolize the permanence of their relationship. They got the tattoos in May 2011 and announced their engagement the next month. They were wed in October 2012. Sammi wrote that this was “The most painful but meaningful tattoo ever.”
Miley Cyrus has “Love Never Dies” tattooed on her upper left arm.
