This black and white portion of Margaret Cho’s backpiece was done by Kat Von D. “I just got an amazing tattoo from Kat Von D on her show ‘LA Ink,'” she blogged. “I have been a fan for a long time and I am so excited to finally have it done. Kat is incredible and totally nice and funny and fun. We had an awesome time and it didn’t even hurt because Kat is so pretty nothing she does could possibly hurt anyone!”
Margaret has now covered the right side of her back as well.
Keyshia Cole has her own initials “KC” tattooed on her left wrist with a rose and flames. She told Urban Ink “On my left wrist I have K.C. with clouds and a rose and smoke coming from it, because I’m hot.”
Amber Rose’s first large tattoo was the roses on her upper right arm. She told Inked Magazine “I love my roses and I think it goes with everything I wear.”
It covers up the name “Ernest” for an ex-boyfriend, a tattoo which she got when she was 15.
Among the tattoos on Hanna Beth Merjos’ left wrist are a grayscale rose, a safety pin, a green Hello Kitty-style bow, and a skull. The safety pin is the same as a tattoo that her ex-boyfriend Deryck Whibley of Sum41 has, though he got his many years earlier.
Cher Lloyd got this rose and Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) sugar skull tattoo on her left arm in July 2011. The design is very complex. The face of the skull is covered in swirls and flowers with a diamond on the forehead. The nose is shaped like an upside-down heart while the round eyes have red hearts in the center.
