In her second outfit, she is seen wearing a Nasty Gal Net Set Romper ($29.00) underneath a pair of Nasty Gal Night Rider Tap Shorts ($38.00). Her shorts were originally bought from Who Cares NYC, and studded and customized by Cher’s stylist, who also cropped her jacket in this outfit.
