Porcelain Black: Strappy Bra, Latex Shorts

Porcelain Black performs during Lil Wayne’s I Am Still Music Tour – PR Photos

Porcelain Black owns at least four bras from Marlies Dekkers, known for the creative use of straps as a design element, and she wears them both as tops for performances and under dresses as an extra decorative element. This one is the Beautiful Bat Black Padded Plunge Balcony Bra ($160.00). She typically pairs her bra tops with high-waisted hotpants, but these mega-tall shorts go above her natural waist and almost up to the bra. These Lillian Girdle Shorts are from latex designer Abigail Greydanus, who designed the black and white catsuit that Porcelain wears in her “This Is What Rock N Roll Looks Like” music video as well as many of Katy Perry‘s latex dresses.

Jacqui Sandell of My Arcadia

photo from Jacqui Sandell’s Instagram (source)

Shorts can be appropriate for winter when paired with tights and heeled shoes like Jacqui Sandell has done here.  Her picks are the faux-garter Pretty Polly ‘Suspended’ Tights ($25 at Nordstrom) and Jeffrey Campbell Lita Boots ($159.95 at Solestruck). She wears a cropped sheer peach blouse with high-waisted ripped denim shorts and accessorizes with a heavy chain necklace and studded iPhone case. Try Nasty Gal’s Bedazzled Tail Blouse ($58.00), Urban Outfitters’ Urban Renewal Cutoff Short ($44.00), and a Silver Studded iPhone Case from Gypsy Warrior ($30.00).

Natalia Kills red corset

Natalia Kills live at the Fillmore in Miami, FL on November 5, 2010 by Luciano Guala

Sure, Natalia Kills’ red hot lingerie outfit isn’t exactly appropriate for everyday wear, but her Lip Service Red Vinyl Buckled Waist Cincher ($59.00) could be incorporated into a more tame outfit. Try it with jeans or black pants and a black tank for a more simple, casual look.

If you do want a look like Natalia’s, try Target bra ($12.99), American Apparel hot shorts ($22.00), and Charlotte Russe thigh-high boots ($50.00).

Miley Cyrus Metallica t-shirt Minnetonka moccasins

Miley Cyrus loves casual, earthy footwear like these Gray Kilty Suede Moccasins from Minnetonka ($41.95). She also owns tall boots and ankle boots from the same brand. She’s wearing Ray-Ban RB3447 001 sunglasses ($145.00), cutoff Levi’s shorts ($19.99) and an oversized Metallica Damaged Justice T-Shirt ($19.88 or $22.99) – Ke$ha has the same one.

Amy Lee of Evanescence

Evanescence 2011 promo photoshoot by Chapman Baehler

Amy Lee is wearing the Wolford Cheryl Tights. These are quite pricy at $65.00 (marked down to $34.54 at ASOS, but only in large), but you can get similar houndstooth tights for $10.00 from Foot Traffic or $16.00 from Topshop. Ami Clubwear sells a similar pair of Black Glitter Ankle Length Wedge Booties for only $21.99.

Avril Lavigne: Betsey Johnson Coat, Fingerless Gloves

Avril stays warm in the Angel Down Fur Collar Coat ($398.00) from Betsey Johnson. Avril is no stranger to wearing her own merchandise – she’s worn some of her tour tees on stage during her Black Star World Tour – and here she is wearing her own Skull Fingerless Gloves ($12.95). She finishes off the look with black leggings, playful socks, and glittery leopard-lined combat boots which I assume are from her upcoming Abbey Dawn shoe collection.

Hayley Williams silver zipper pull earrings

Hayley Williams gold chain necklace

Hayley’s good friend Dakotah Rae recently came out with a jewelry collection, and naturally Hayley has been wearing a lot of it. At top she is wearing the sterling silver “Zip It” zipper pull earrings ($49.95). There isn’t a necklace like the one Hayley is wearing, but there is a chain and velvet “Chain Reaction” bracelet ($9.95). I wouldn’t put it past Hayley to have turned the bracelet into a necklace, but who knows.

Lights models her toque

She is selling a white and red pop pom beanie (apparently Canadians call this a toque, you learn something new every day!) with “LIGHTS” written on one side of the band and a maple leaf on the other.
