Albanian pop singer Era Istrefi has a tattoo of a smiley face on her left hand between her thumb and forefinger. She shared a picture of the fresh ink, which was done by artist Klajdi Pipero in April 2015, and captioned it “You’re not fully dressed unless you wear a smile.”

Era Istrefi got this mandala-style tattoo on the inside of her left elbow in April 2013. It seems that she designed the tattoo herself, since she posted a partially complete drawing before getting it inked. (more…)
