Dev is wearing the Skull Cut-Out Tee from Vans, which sells for $30.00 in their online store. It’s easy to make your own version — use tailor’s chalk or a washable marker to draw eye sockets, nostril openings, and tooth shapes onto the back of a t-shirt and then carefully cut them out with a pair of scissors. Here’s a tutorial to show you how:

Vans currently sell a lighter pink pair with checkerboard on top and solid pink on the side. They also have a brighter pink and white style, but is currently only available in children’s sizes.
