We Are The In Crowd recent released a music video for “Rumor Mill,” the first single off of their debut LP Best Intentions. Lead singer Tay Jardine wears the Forever 21 Burnout Rugby Stripes Top in Navy/Wine ($12.90) with black skinny jeans and all-black shoes. It’s not clear what pair of pants she’s wearing, but Tay likes jeans from Bullhead and Levi’s. Her sneakers are the Vans Authentic Lo Pro ($42.00) in Black/Black.

It’s easy to make your own version — use tailor’s chalk or a washable marker to draw eye sockets, nostril openings, and tooth shapes onto the back of a t-shirt and then carefully cut them out with a pair of scissors. Vans currently sell a lighter pink pair with checkerboard on top and solid pink on the side. They also have a brighter pink and white style, but is currently only available in children’s sizes.
