A few nights ago, Cher Lloyd performed on her I Wish Tour in Toronto wearing a Motel Penny Babydoll Dress in Black Wash ($85.00) and her Stuart Weitzman 50/50 Boots ($598.00). You can get similar boots from Amazon ($41.60).
Great look but what is under her dress looks like rolled up flowered short that are not rolled well ??? She is a BEAUTIFUL Young Lady no matter what.
