Having own fashion line sure has its perks – one of those being that you get to wear your own clothes long before anyone else. For months Avril Lavigne has been wearing shoes from her yet-to-be-released Abbey Dawn shoe collection, but now some of the items that she wore earlier in 2011 are finally available. Pictured here is the What the Hell Hoodie ($18.98) and the Sailors Beware Rock Tee ($27.50) which has a cute heart anchor graphic. This tee is one of many nautical-themed items in the most recent Abbey Dawn collection. Her beaded black moccasins are the Minnetonka Thunderbird Softsole ($39.00). Her jeans have a really gorgeous wash, but I can’t find them or anything quite like it. The closest I found are Bleached Cargo Jeans from ASOS ($152.19).

Christina Perri is wearing the Striped Intersection Top from Bailey 44, available at Anthropologie for $98.00. This long-sleeved tee is made of crossing diagonal bands of striped fabric. She wears it with a marled gray cardigan, leggings, and riding boots. Get her look with Smartwool’s Lost Lake Full Zip Sweater ($112.99), Forever 21 Seamless Leggings ($4.50) and Wanted Shoes Royalty Riding Boot ($52.13).

Kerli mixes pastel pinks and whites for this sexy lingerie look. Her shoes are the Pleaser Teeze-04R Platform Pump with baby pink rhinestones ($145.65), though the glitter version is a lot cheaper. You can get her look with a white satin garter belt for $26.99 on eBay, pastel pink ruffle shorts for $10.39 on Amazon and a silver claw spiked collar or white spiked collar from Vampire Freaks ($18.99 and $16.99). Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything quite like her puff sleeved lace crop top.

Ellie Goulding performed a special show at New York City’s JFK Airport wearing Topshop’s Black Spray Printed Leggings (£20.00/$40.00) tucked into rugged combat boots. These leggings have bold splashes of pink, blue, and yellow and Ellie keeps the rest of her look simple with a losse-fitting black top. You can get a similar look with the Dr. Martens Warner Boots ($98.00) and Topshop’s Knitted Tape Pocket Tunic (£40.00/$80.00).

I’ve gotten a few requests to post Ariel For Hire, so here goes. Ariel has a really crazy and fun style, if that wasn’t obvious from her neon hair. She loves hot pink and other bright colors as well as black and white. She’s extremely creative with her style and makes a lot of her own clothes — she actually sells custom pieces through an Etsy store which has tutus for $25.00 and hooded scarves for $38.00.

A typical outfit for her is a reconstructed tee with a tutu or other short skirt worn over ripped jeans. She likes wearing wrist cuffs piled over fingerless gloves. Her footwear choices are combat boots and super-tall high top sneakers.

This look is one that she wore back in 2009, so even though I’ve tracked down some of her exact pieces, it’s unfortunately sold out now. You might recognize her boots as Dr. Martens. They are the 1B99 in Pink Patent Leather and if you’re not a size 11 you can try classic 1460 in hot pink or Ariel’s taller style in Ruby Jewel. You can get slashed up jeans like hers for $75.00 from Current/Elliott, but I recommend you save yourself some cash and cut up a pair of your own.

Her top is a custom piece which she made from sewing Iron Fist’s Wishbone T-shirt together with black, pink, and striped fabrics and cool trims. This exact tee is sold out, but it’s available in other color combos – including hot pink – on Amazon and eBay.

Her exact belt is the Volcom Chester Belt, which is sold out, but you can get another very similar belt from Volcom or other similar belts from LRG and Empyre. Also pictured above are fingerless gloves for $22.00 from Etsy and a pink and black striped top for $14.80 from Forever 21.

Selena Gomez made an unexpected pairing when she matched bright fuchsia pumps to an otherwise neutral outfit. She wore a tan colored maxi skirt and a white tee with a long draped knot in the front. Get her look with Forever 21′s Knotted Mineral Wash Tee ($14.80), American Apparel’s Chiffon Double-Layered Full Length Skirt ($58.00) and Miss Me’s NOTCH-1 Pump in Purple ($34.95).

Cassadee Pope’s lightning bolt tee was given to her by social networking site Buzznet. These tees do not seem to be available for purchase. Her sneakers seem to be Converse All-Star Black Monochrome Hi-Tops ($45.00), though I can’t tell for sure. I looked in Cassadee’s favorite store Forever 21 for a similar jacket, shorts, and tights and found the Knit Moto Jacket ($32.80), Resin Whisker Denim Short ($17.80) and Knit Herringbone Tights ($10.80).

Want to get Ellie Goulding’s sparkling blue and black look? Forever 21 sells two more casual pairs: the Sparkling Sequin Shorts (£10.31/$15.80) and Sequin Jogging Shorts (£11.61/$17.80), while ASOS sells the high-waisted and super short Sequin Jersey Knicker Shorts (£25.00/$44.76). Her top – probably a bodysuit – has cut out sides with buckled straps. You can get a similar look with the ASOS Cross Strap Back Body (£20.00/$35.81) or the Black Side Strap Bra Top from Miss Selfridge (£18.00/$32.00).

Natalia Kills hardly wears any color, but instead this outfit has interesting patterns and textures. Her Women’s Pansy Velvet Mesh Bodycon Dress by Motel has vertically striped mesh on the sleeves and chest with an attention-grapping pluged neckline into the velvet body of the dress.  But best of all it’s marked down to £17.49 at Play.com – with free shipping too!  It’s also available for $70.80 at Lallure if your size is unavailable. She’s repeated the striped motif with a par of seamed tights.  It’s hard to find tights with the seam in the front, but you can always buy a pair of back-seam tights like this $14.00 pair from Topshop and wear them backwards.  Complete the look with a bowler hat (Urban Outfitters, $29.00) and lace-up ankle boots (Endless.com, $36.49).

Shorts can be appropriate for winter when paired with tights and heeled shoes like Jacqui Sandell has done here.  Her picks are the faux-garter Pretty Polly ‘Suspended’ Tights ($25 at Nordstrom) and Jeffrey Campbell Lita Boots ($159.95 at Solestruck).
