The young “Gossip Girl” actress vamped it up in a a leather and lace ensemble, complete with dog collar and “Slave” necklace. Momsen performed with her band The Pretty Reckless at The Roxy in West Hollywood at the TOKIDOKI and ONITSUKA Tiger Collaboration event.
