Dev photographed by Celina Kenyon for Vans Girls

Dev is wearing the Skull Cut-Out Tee from Vans, which sells for $30.00 in their online store. It’s easy to make your own version — use tailor’s chalk or a washable marker to draw eye sockets, nostril openings, and tooth shapes onto the back of a t-shirt and then carefully cut them out with a pair of scissors. Here’s a tutorial to show you how:

photos from Victoria's twitter

Cobra Starship keytarist Victoria Asher recently posted two twitpics showing off her lip-shaped clutches from British handbag designer Lulu Guinness. Her well-know lip clutch comes in 25 different varieties of colors, patterns, and materials. First Vicky-T posed with the simple Red Perspex Lips Clutch (left, £225 / $350), then with jewel-encrusted Red Swarovski Crystalized Lips Clutch (right, £650 / $1025). Porcelain Black

Porcelain Black's "This Is What Rock N Roll Looks Like" music video

You might have heard of Porcelain Black already — the 25-year-old Detroit native, whose real name is Alaina Beaton, began releasing music on MySpace years ago under the name Porcelain and the Tramps. At that time she was known for her neon-colored hair and scene queen style, but now she has evolved into a more rock and roll image with a more pop sound, describing herself as a cross between Marilyn Manson and Britney Spears.

The rock/pop dichotomy is apparent in her debut single and video “This Is What Rock N Roll Looks Like” featuring Lil Wayne (watch the video). The song is produced by RedOne, the producer behind many of Lady Gaga’s hits, and mixes catchy pop beats with Alaina’s gruff vocals and rock attitude. This is the first of four posts where I’ll be breaking down all of the looks from the video, identifying some of the exact pieces, and showing you how to get an inspired look.

Porcelain Black first walks into the video with her black and white Cruella de Vil hair in curls pinned back with barrettes. She wears a puffy bright blue fur coat which she later takes off to reveal an embellished bodysuit and a mini skirt with clear vinyl side panels and garters.

Sierra Kusterbeck at the Fueled By Ramen offices

VersaEmerge’s record label Fueled By Ramen is really big on selling merchandise inspired by items that lead singer Sierra Kusterbeck has worn herself. I’ve already posted about their hair feathers and crystal necklace. Sierra has also worn the crossed arrow necklace, the black version of the vulture wristband, and they sell a pair of sunglasses similar to ones that she owns.

FBR’s latest Sierra-inspired product are these gold finish Arrow Earrings ($10.00) with a raised “V” and “E” on the arrowheads. Sierra has previously worn a silver arrow earring, but she posed for Fueled by ramen wearing the VersaEmerge version.
