Nicki Minaj wore bright blue eyeshadow and bubblegum lipstick at the 2010 MTV VMAs. She wears black eyeliner all around her eyes and uses glitter beneath her lower lashline. She applies a vibrant blue eyeshadow on her lids which has a hard edge on the top and inner corners, but is blended into a charcoal gray color on the outer edges in a winged shape.
