Demi Lovato has been selected as a judge for the new season of The X-Factor, the show’s second season in America. She’ll be judging alongside the show’s creator Simon Cowell, Epic Records CEO L.A. Reid, and pop superstar Britney Spears.

Demi wore head-to-toe Topshop for the first day of filming. Her lime green Pacific Zip Front Dress ($120.00, sold out) gives a summery look while the Metallic Snakeskin Leather Jacket ($330.00) adds the rocker edge that Demi is known for. Cher Lloyd always keeps her outfits looking fresh by mixing in pieces that are unexpected. Her black monochrome Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Core Hi sneakers ($45.00) are an odd choice for two reasons: first because a dressier outfit like this would normally be paired with heels or flats rather than sneakers and second because they are so dark compared to her otherwise springy outfit. But ultimately it keeps the outfit looking young, which is great because Cher is only 18 years old!

Cher’s blazer and skirt are both from Urban Outfitters. Her orangey red Silence & Noise Nexus Blazer ($69.00) has an interesting cutout detail in the back. She’s wearing it over a basic white tank top and the off-white Staring at Stars Crochet Mini Skirt ($49.00).

Cher Lloyd stepped out in the Moto Roulette High Waist Jamie Jeans from Topshop (£45.00/$90.00). These pants have a very bold black and white swirl and checkerboard pattern but also have tiny hearts, diamonds, clubs, spades and dice to fit the roulette theme. With pants as crazy as these it’s important to keep the rest of the outfit neutral, so Cher is wearing all black. I can’t tell if either of these pieces are exact but Topshop also sells a leather jacket and straw hat similar to what she’s wearing. Try the Black Leather Biker Jacket by Boutique (£165.00/$310.00) and the Straw Pork Pie Hat (£22.00/$45.00). Cher’s Jeffrey Campbell Roxie Boots in Distressed Black ($199.95) have a really unique and fun semicircle cutout in the wedge.

Allison Green wore the Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Black Unisex Zip Up from Pride Clothing ($50.00) while practicing her tattooing skills. The hoodie is written in a tattoo-like font.

Avril Lavigne wore head to toe Abbey Dawn for the launch party of her Abbey Dawn shoe and handbag line though JustFab. Kreayshawn is a hairstyle chameleon and rarely keeps the same color combo for more than a few months. For her latest look she’s added in long, dip-dyed extensions with a pink/purple color on the tips. She’s experimented with longer hairstyles before – like the pin-up inspired hairdo that she wore for 2 Chainz’s “Murder” music video – but she always seems to revert back to shoulder-length looks, so we’ll see how long this lasts.
