This helped me and my hair is the same color except I just dyed my dark cherry red.

come on people. if you think she looks like a Fayley then why are you even looking at this site? if you think shes a poser or wannabe, I dont see why you would be on this site looking at what hayley wears, her hair colours and her makeup. I mean COME ON! If you dont like it dont be on a site specifically about hayley’s style

and actually it didnt, it made the ends stick out a bit, but it wasnt noticeable, i used mane n tail conditioner (like a dime sized amount) on my ends everyday for a week and my hair was back to perfect condition :D

when you bleached it did it change the condition of your hair dramatically?

i actually did a lot to make my hair that color, first i bleached it to a yellow, then i dyed it this stuff from clairol called “mega coffee, deep reds”
it faded out a bit, and then i used color fiend rockin red from hot topic (i dont think they sell it anymore but you could get raw color fire red, its exactly the same) and i use that once every two weeks or so because it only lasts like 5 washes. :D
also, isn’t the point of this website to show how to style hair/clothes/makeup in a similar way to Hayley’s..Jade’s done that hasn’t she?
People need to stop calling everything a Fayley if they have an edgy hair cut or a cool colour dyed into their hair, it’s actually just called ‘Having Fun’ and a lot of people i know, who hate/don’t know of Paramore have dyed their hair bright colours or got edgy cuts, it’s in fashion :) xx

but honestly everyone, i really dont try to look like hayley, i didnt even hear about them until.. 8 months ago or so haha and ive had my hair like this since i was 5 literally, i just have added more layers and stuff since then.
and matilda is right i draw inspirations from everything, and it really is total coincidence that my hair looks so much like hayleys

of course a messy ponytail could be done in 2 seconds without turorial och advice like this, but this was helpful to some people, and it would have been to me a couple of years ago if i hadn’t figured out how my hair works, so don’t be negative. of course it is a bit overkill tryin to look like hayley, but people get there inspirations from everywhere so just leave it.
oh yes, im a total fayley, because i’ve had the same cut and color since i was 9. :/ i had people request this, so i did it for them.
so really, please stop insulting me, it’s lame.

Seriously. Anyone who can’t get their hair into a messy ponytail is obviously trying way too hard like this Fayley in the video.
I no that when I say my hair is to soft it sounds rerrrrlllllllllyyyyy stupid and a little stuck up but I’m serious it does that

hahaha just dont brush your hair and put it up if your hair is too “soft” this is stupid.
I agree w all the ppl who say it’s brlliant:) my hair is naturally way to soft and neat (ponytail wise) and this and Holly :]’s reply to my comment in ponytails helped a LOOOOTTTT and that frutis garnier or whatever texture stuff is ah mazaing!:)

i like this tutorial.. i know if i just “throw up” my hair it does NOT look good hahaha! i think this is helpful for those type of people
and i think the product just helps the pony tail like fray out a little bit? if that makes sense lol

i kinda agree with mindy, it is a little unnecesary, but SOME people just cant get it to look right if they just “throw it up” so they’d find the tutorial helpful. i can just put it up in like 2 seconds and it looks just like that, but some people would find it useful if they cant get it to look right.
I agree the point here is to put it up as quickly as possible. none of this product shiz. why did she even need product if she’s just gonna put it up? it just made it look greasy. also who the hell needs a tutorial on how to throw your hair up in a pony tail!? I mean come on!

Like you said, the point of the ‘messy ponytail’ is to just throw it up, not to take forever doing it.
Its like you just have to let it style itself, not put it up and then pull hair out randomly.
if you want a messy ponytail just dont straighten your hair and put it up as quickly as possible..
