Miley arrived at the iHeartRadio Music Festival wearing an American Apparel Cotton Spandex Jersey Sleeveless Turtleneck Crop Top ($30.00) in Black. She folded the bottom up to make it even shorter. She teamed the look with a metallic pencil skirt, leopard print heels and a Moschino belt.

Cher Lloyd stepped out in a pair of black and white print shorts for the first time at her appearance at Ten On Top and then later she wore them again for her performance at V Festival Day 1. The shorts are custom made by Cassette Playa, the print is from their latest collection and Jessie J has also been spotted in the catsuit with this exact print.
