CupcakKe has a tattoo of a music note on the side of her chest.  Originally it was just an outline, but in January 2017 she had the music note properly shaded.  She also added to the design with smaller notes and a treble clef. “Got my music note fixed on my chest/shoulder FINALLY,” she wrote on her instagram.
