Taylor Momsen attended an press conference in Hong Kong for the Japanese handbag brand Samantha Thavasa which she has partnered with. Of course she carried one of Samantha Thavasa’s bags, though it does not seem to be available online. I don’t know where she got her exact striped mesh dress, but I do know how you get get the look on a budget.

Steal the Look: the peach Tie Waist Tank Dress from LA Made doesn’t have a split waist, but it does have buttons up the front and is only $29.97.
