I’m not sure where Cher got her exact top, but the Burnout Low Armhole Vest from Topshop for £10.00 or $20.00 is extremely similar. Cher is wearing a fluorescent bra underneath – you can get a similar look with the Seamless Contrast Bra from Forever 21 for £5.55 or $8.80.
