Hayley Williams wore this circular barbell jewelry in her septum piercing during Paramore’s Final Riot Tour in August 2008.

Hayley Williams got her septum piercing done on June 30, 2008 at the Warped Tour concert in Milwaukee, WI. Paramore guitarist Taylor York got his nose pierced at the same time. She wore this metal retainer jewelry throughout the 2008 Warped Tour.

She kept the piercing in through Paramore’s Final Riot tour that summer and their South American tour that fall, but then she stopped wearing it.
