Ash Costello’s bell-sleeved lace dress is one of a bunch of items that she got from Blackheart, Hot Topic’s new lingerie store. It’s the Lace Tunic Top ($38.00) and she wears it with Y.R.U. Bloq Boots in Black ($78.00) and Pretty Polly Suspender Tights ($25.00).
