Here are some similar items to capture Hayley’s look. The first dress is really similar in color, if you cut up the bottom and frayed it a bit, it could be really close.

In a BBC Radio 1 interview, Hayley said that she uses Pravana, Redken, and Inkworks by Paul Mitchell hair dyes. These are all professional dyes, and all of their websites have salon locators where you can find a salon near you that uses their products. But if you’re feeling really ambitious, there are some websites where you can buy these products online, this one sells all three.
