Ellie Goulding is wearing the Fred Perry Women’s Twin Tipped Polo in Black ($69.00) with white trim around the sleeves and collar and Fred Perry’s laurel wreath logo embroidered on the chest. Her hat is a merch item from her boyfriend Skrillex.
Anissa Rodriguez wore the Stack Shirt from Winds of Plague ($13.99) with the title of their latest album Against the World. Anissa cuts almost all of her t-shirts into tanks and this one is no exception. She wore this top while hanging out with Winds of Plague’s keyboardist Alana Potocnik.
Scout Taylor-Compton is wearing an oversized Cheap Trick t-shirt that she cut into a tank. Her Cheap Trick Six Times Logo T-Shirt ($20.00) is available in many stores and also comes in juniors sizes.
Anissa Rodriguez’s tee is a collaboration between UK band Shadows Chasing Ghosts and clothing line Big Deal Clothing. She wore this top while her band Eyes Set To Kill toured the UK with Shadows Chasing Ghosts this March. Anissa seems to wearing a modified version of the t-shirt, but you can save yourself the cutting and just buy the tank top instead. Both tops are £14.99.
Tay Jardine is wearing a t-shirt from the band Every Avenue, who We Are The In Crowd toured with earlier this spring. This tee was sold during the 2011 Warped Tour and I don’t know if the band is still selling it on tour currently. It does not seem to be available online.
Tay Jardine did a photoshoot for the new clothing line Summer 1977, a collaboration between photographers Brad Elterman and Adam DeAngelis which they say “brings 1977’s style to today’s scene.” This first shirt from the line features a backstage photo of Joan Jett shot by Elterman in the summer of 1977. You can buy The Joan Jett Summer ’77 Tee for $25.00 in the Blackheart Records webstore.
Tay Jardine’s t-shirt is from Boston pop-punk band A Loss For Words, who released their new album No Sanctuary on Rise Records in October. They will be opening for half of this spring’s Glamour Kills Tour (which has like all my favorite bands on it!) headlined by The Wonder Years and playing Warped Tour all summer. This All We Know Live T-Shirt ($13.00) is on their All In Merch store, but it’s only available in XX-Large right now. If you check them out and catch them on tour, they may have this tee for sale.
Miley Cyrus’ look is very on-trend with two things we’ve being seeing a lot of lately: illusion tights and destroyed shorts. She wears the Chain Suspender Tights by House of Holland for Pretty Polly ($24.42) with Urban Renewal Destroyed Studded Shorts from Urban Outfitters ($79.00).
Her tee has a drawing of a smoking baby from the cover of Van Halen’s album 1984. You can get a similar Van Halen t-shirt for $17.99. Complete the look with an olive green military jacket like this Drawstring Cargo Jacket from Forever 21 ($29.80) and riding boots like the Jessica Simpson Pepper ($44.75).
Tonight Alive singer Jenna McDougall was one of the musicians featured in Kerrang! magazine’s November 16th 2011 “Pop Punk’s Not Dead” issue. In her photo, she wears the Heavy Pop Punk Crest Heather Gray T-Shirt from Paris, France pop-punk band ans Fearless Records labelmates Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! ($14.00).
