Cher Lloyd performed her first show ever in America wearing red white and blue, the colors of both her native Great Britain and the United States. We asked Cher in our exclusive interview whether her outfit was meant to be pro-Britain or pro-America and she said that it was “a bit of both.” Though she’s carrying a Union Jack handkerchief in her pocket “to let everyone know I’m British,” her blue crop top and red shorts are definitely more on the American side as they come from made-in-the-USA brand American Apparel. Taking center stage for DEV’s performance at the mtvU Woodie Awards Festival are her golden yellow Leather Shorts by Emma Cook ($530.00). Her black and white platform oxford Jeffrey Campbell “Warning” shoes ($160.00) have a creeper-style woven toe detail and etched silver buckles. You can get a sheer blouse like DEV’s with the Chiffon Oversized Button-Up from American Apparel ($58.00). I think her exact necklace is the Hammered Collar Necklace from Nasty Gal ($20.00, sold out), but you can get similar necklaces from Nordstrom or Nasty Gal.

Cher Lloyd appears on the cover of the latest issue of French magazine Flavor. It seems that the stylists for the shoot couldn’t quite find the top that they wanted, so they got creative. Cher is wearing two tops from American Apparel layered on top of one another. First is the Velvet Crop Tee ($36.00) and on top is the Velvet Tank Bodysuit ($30.00) in order to cover her midriff. I’m not sure where they got the jeans since these are a different pair than in the final photos, but you can get a similar pair of Tie Dye Jeans for £28.00 from AX Paris.

Katy Perry performed yesterday at the DirecTV Super Bowl Event in a blue and red football-themed outfit. She wore Ash’s “Thelma” Buckle Wedge Sneakers which have a red and blue trim along the sole.
