This necklace is modeled after one worn by Elvis and his friends. You can buy either TCB and TLC necklaces; Elvis’ said TCB for his motto “Taking Care of Business” and Hayley’s says TLC for “Tender Loving Care”. These ones from the Elvis webstore actually aren’t exact since Hayley’s has he chain attached to the L, but it’s the same design.

i think her grandfather gave her this, because her stepsister jiana was saying that all the girls in their family get a necklace saying tlc and all the boys get a tcb one :)
