Demi Lovato brought her rock and roll look back for a concert at the Florida Strawberry Festival on Friday with destroyed denim, a leather moto vest, and a t-shirt from classic punk band the Ramones. Demi is wearing the black and white Ossie Two-Tone Leather Biker Vest by Karl ($675.00), but you can get the look for less with the all-black Belted Leatherette Biker Vest from Forever 21 ($27.80). At her recent concert in Chile, Demi Lovato wore the Pucca Backless Tux Jacket ($655.00) from Unconditional with some jewels added to the lapel. Getting Demi’s rock star look doesn’t require such an expensive piece – you can pick up a cheap pink blazer from Forever 21 here, here, or here, and add some studs yourself. Demi’s style recently has been all about Jeffrey Campbell shoes and glitter – or “#glitterswag,” as she likes to tweet. She pays homage to glam rock pioneer David Bowie with her tunic and glams up her own look with sequined leggings and a chunky conical spike bracelet. Her shoes are the Jeffrey Campbell Lita Spike, but she owns the glitter version as well. She tops off the outfit with a shaggy gray fur vest.

Demi Lovato attended Katy Perry‘s concert in Los Angeles on Friday night wearing a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Litas. These boots come in tons of different colors and fabrics, and Demi’s silver glitter pair sell for $159.95. She matched the shoes with silver glitter makeup streaked on the side of her face.

Demi Lovato’s “Skyscraper” music video isn’t the most fashion-foward. The clothes seem like they are meant more to blend in than to stand out – her flowy white maxi dress and cardigan fit the mood of the windy beach perfectly – but she does rock some really cool earrings. They are the Low Luv by Erin Wasson 14k Plated Crystal Cross Earrings ($155) which have a crystal cross suspended inside of burnished gold hoops.
It seems that since leaving treatment for her emotion problems Demi has been more in touch with her religion, or at least more showy about it. Also taking center stage in the video is the new cross tattoo on her hand, which she got so that her fans would see it every time that she hold a microphone and know that she is a devout Christian.

Although I do think that Demi Lovato’s American flag wedges are a fun look, wearing heels to Warped Tour is a definite don’t. I’m sure Demi wasn’t standing out in the crowds all day, but the rest of us will be on our feet for 8-10 hours, and you won’t look cute when you’re hobbling around after hour 2. Expensive purses and jewelry are also a bad idea. If you would be sad if something got lost of destroyed, then you shouldn’t wear it to Warped Tour.
Demi is wearing a tank top which portrays Mickey Mouse as Hitler – a very odd choice for the Disney star. I don’t know if she’s trying to say something about Disney passive-agressively through her clothes, or if she just didn’t think this one through enough.
