Hayley Williams attended a party at the Coachella music festival today wearing a “Have A Nice Day” Shopping Bag Dress ($485.00, sold out) from designer Jeremy Scott’s spring 2011 ready-to-wear collection.

She wears the sheer dress over a yellow sports bra and boyshorts. You can get a similar underwear set from Forever 21 for only $7.80.

Hayley Williams wore leather overalls by Jeremy Scott and Black Latex Melting Tights ($55.00) by URB Clothing for Paramore’s performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight. We already identified most of Hayley Williams’ clothes in Paramore’s “Still Into You” music video before it even aired, but her shiny pink dress had us stumped. So we wrote to the video’s stylist Elizabeth Barrois who gave us the scoop.

Hayley wears a Latex Swing Dress in Rose Pink ($243.00) from Syren Latex, whose dresses are a favorite of Katy Perry’s. You can buy just a skirt ($112.00) for about half the price, or get a similar look on a budget with the Nylon Tricot Figure Skater Dress ($48.00) in Coral Ice from American Apparel.

Today is a big day for Paramore fans: the band released their fourth album Paramore which immediatedly jumped to number one on the iTunes charts, two bonus tracks are streaming on rdio.com, and the music video for “Still Into You” came out (shop Hayley’s outfit and jacket).

But we can’t forget the most steal-her-style-worthy release of the day: the Hayley Williams M·A·C makeup collection launched! Her limited edition colors are available online only at maccosmetics.com. The collection includes four items in shades of coral and orange:

Hayley Williams got dressed up for tonight’s album release party in a very 90’s-inspired outfit. She wears the UNIF Downer Jumper ($108.00) layered over a long-sleeve mesh top like the Mesh Sweetheart Crop Top from Arden B ($29.00) or the Mesh Long-Sleeve Mini Dress from American Apparel ($42.00). Her shoes are Dr Martens 1461 Oxfords in Pewter Koram Flash ($110.00), worn with printed socks and solid yellow tights like the ones from We Love Colors ($12.50), Hue ($13.50), or Foot Traffic ($6.89). She tops it all off with a Charlavail Positive Vibes Knit Beanie ($12.00).

At last night’s concert in London, Hayley Williams wore a cut-up cat pizza t-shirt from the band Candy Hearts who are good friends of hers. It’s a current merch item but it isn’t available online at the moment, though the band has promised to post it soon. You can get a similar look with Hot Topic’s Cat Pizza T-Shirt ($15.38) which has been worn by Melanie Martinez.

She also wears her Betsey Johnson Dr Betsey & Mrs. Hyde Multi Color Tights ($28.99), which were part of a much crazier outfit a few weeks ago, but I think they look better here. You can buy similar Mineral Wash Denim Shorts from Forever 21 ($19.80).

Hayley Williams appeared on the Graham Norton show in a blouse and pants that we’ve seen before and a new pair of orange boots. She wears Dr. Martens 1460 W Boots in Acid Orange Patent Lamper ($130.00), Topshop’s Oversize Monochrome Spot Shirt ($76.00, sold out), and we think her exact jeans are Topshop’s Moto Stripe Leigh Jeans ($80.00).

Hayley Williams appeared in Austrailia’s Rolling Stone magazine wearing novelty Guitar Sunglasses ($2.10) from a party store and Girls’ Skinny Printed Denim in Lava ($19.99 / sold out) from the Disney D-Signed children’s collection at Target. She also has on two of her favorite items: her Vans Sk8-Hi Platform Sneakers ($96.43) and her customized Levi’s Denim Trucker Jacket ($78.00). Read more about the patches on her jacket here.

Hayley Williams’ yellow tights are a bit of a flashback to Warped Tour 2006, where tights under shorts was one of her staple looks. You can find similar yellow tights at Forever 21 ($6.80, pictured) or We Love Colors ($12.50). Her Vans Sk8-Hi Slim Sneakers in Black/Black ($55.00) were customized by Vans with spikes around the ankle before they sent them to her.
