We Are The In Crowd recent released a music video for “Rumor Mill,” the first single off of their debut LP Best Intentions. Lead singer Tay Jardine wears the Forever 21 Burnout Rugby Stripes Top in Navy/Wine ($12.90) with black skinny jeans and all-black shoes.
