Bishop Briggs

Bishop Briggs has a “traditional Chinese dragon” on the side of her left thigh, by artist @denise_tpinto.
In an interview Bishop said about the artwork: “I love to get spontaneous tattoos so in the moment, I decided that I needed something that reminded me of power. I also loved the idea of dragons having this fire in their bellies but only releasing it in times of danger or protection. I thought it could be a parallel to my life – keep the fire as fuel and use it wisely.”

Avril Lavigne

Avril Lavigne has a large rose tattoo on the outside of her left forearm.  The black and gray flower starts just below her elbow while the stem and solid black leaves stretch all the way down to her wrist.

She visited artist Michael Kortez in November 2017 to fill in some of the spaces on her left forearm.  He inked this rose and two more tattoos, a cross and a dagger, all in one session. “Finally got my arm worked on @michael_kortez killed it!!!” Avril wrote in an instagram post which she later deleted.

Danielle Bregoli

Danielle Bregoli got a trio of lily flowers on her right foot to cover up her old “Loyalty” tattoo.  While the sentiment of the original tattoo was nice, the execution was a bit sloppy.  She was way underage when she got the “Loyalty” tattoo at only 12 years old and it was probably not done by a professional.  She is still too young to be legally tattooed in her home state of Florida or in California where she now lives.  However Danielle and her mom have been travelling around the country for her Bhanned in the USA Tour and visiting states where she can get inked in a licensed tattoo parlor with her mom’s permission. The floral cover-up is a definite upgrade in quality.

Avril Lavigne

Avril Lavigne added this tattoo of a switchblade knife on her left forearm in November 2017.  Knives and daggers are common tattoo motifs. We don’t know yet whether there’s a personal story behind or if it’s simply a display of toughness.  Avril has rebounded from a struggle with Lyme disease that left her bedridden for months so we already know she’s tough!
