How To Post

not sure what to post? read the About page.

Please note: posts will not show up until they are approved by an admin. Your posts may be edited to correct formatting, to add additional items, or to add product images.

log in if you have an account or register if you don’t.

In the top left corner, hold your mouse on the right side of the box that says Posts so that you see the triangle. Click it, then click Add New

You will then see this page. Fill in the title with the Musician Name and the Product Name. Then click the circled icon to upload your photo.

This window will pop up. Click Select Files and choose the image to upload.

If you know the photographer, fill this in as the caption. If not, write something like Sierra at Warped Tour 09 or Hey Monday promo photo.

If you are posting a “steal the look,” I’ll usually put the items in a widget, so your formatting doesn’t really matter. If you’d like, you can just copy and paste the URLs and I’ll do the rest.

Scroll down, and beneath the photo type in the Brand Name, Product Name, and Price as shown above. Highlight this and click the circled icon to make it a link.

Copy and paste the URL for where to buy the item. Select Open link in a new window for Target and leave the other two fields blank. Click Insert and this dialog box will close.

That's all, now you top the top right corner and click Submit For Review.

You should see this message above your post. An Admin has to approve your post before it will show up on the site. This should happen within 24 hours.

think you got it? add a post!

posts may be rejected for the following reasons:

  • it’s a similar item that isn’t deemed close enough
  • it has already been posted
  • the subject is not female or not a musician
