Hayley Williams walked the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards tonight in a black and white striped crop top and black overalls. Hayley Williams attended a party at the Coachella music festival today wearing a “Have A Nice Day” Shopping Bag Dress ($485.00, sold out) from designer Jeremy Scott’s spring 2011 ready-to-wear collection.

We already identified most of Hayley Williams’ clothes in Paramore’s “Still Into You” music video before it even aired, but her shiny pink dress had us stumped. So we wrote to the video’s stylist Elizabeth Barrois who gave us the scoop.

Hayley wears a Latex Swing Dress in Rose Pink ($243.00) from Syren Latex, whose dresses are a favorite of Katy Perry’s. Today is a big day for Paramore fans: the band released their fourth album Paramore which immediatedly jumped to number one on the iTunes charts, two bonus tracks are streaming on rdio.com, and the music video for “Still Into You” came out (shop Hayley’s outfit and jacket).

At last night’s concert in London, Hayley Williams wore a cut-up cat pizza t-shirt from the band Candy Hearts who are good friends of hers. It’s a current merch item but it isn’t available online at the moment, though the band has promised to post it soon. You can get a similar look with Hot Topic’s Cat Pizza T-Shirt ($15.38) which has been worn by Melanie Martinez.

Hayley Williams appeared on the Graham Norton show in a blouse and pants that we’ve seen before and a new pair of orange boots.
