For Paramore’s tour with No Doubt in the summer of 2009, Hayley dyed her hair dark orange with her bangs slightly lighter and brighter than the rest of her hair. Her bangs eventually faded, leading to the 2009 resurgence of the orange hair with yellow bangs look she first sported in 2007. She re-dyed her hair midway through the tour, leaving it solid orange for the rest of the tour.

If it’s naturally black then you’ll just have to bleach it. If it’s dyed black use a colour remover such as colour B4 and then bleach it with a 20 or 30 vol bleach depending on how light your hair is after the black has been removed. When it goes yellow after the bleach use a purple toner (manic panic, directions, special effects and plenty of other brands do them) this should take your hair to a whiteish color

This is my FAVOURITE hair colour of Hayley’s. She is probably the only woman I’ve seen that can pull off this kind of colour, everyone else would just look kinda ridiculous with it. She makes it look kinda normal!

alrighty, i bleached my hair blonde and then 2 days later sprayed orange temporary spray in it for crazy hair day. it didnt wash out. my hair looked like this for homecoming. I dont pull it off as well as hayley

@ Lily-Beth, it probably fades pretty quickly, but it’s easy to re-dye it yourself because it’s just one solid color.
