Taylor Momsen did a photoshoot for Samantha Thavasa the other day in New York. In this shot, she wore a black peplum skirt and a white tank top to look like a dress. Taylor Momsen attended an press conference in Hong Kong for the Japanese handbag brand Samantha Thavasa which she has partnered with. Of course she carried one of Samantha Thavasa’s bags, though it does not seem to be available online. I don’t know where she got her exact striped mesh dress, but I do know how you get get the look on a budget.
