edit: thanks Emily for the correction, it turns out that the N.Y.L.A. boots I posted are a knock off of a pair by Miu Miu, and I think it’s safe to assume that Katy’s wearing the more expensive pair, but the N.Y.L.A. boots are still a good cheaper alternative.
